On October 21, the 24th China International Advertising Festival with the theme of "Hundred Boats Compete for the River and Integrate the World" opened at the Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center. Gan Lin, Deputy Director of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, and leaders of Hunan Province and Changsha City and international guests delivered speeches at the opening ceremony.
