Then, Ou Xiaoli, inspector of the Western Division of the National Development and Reform Commission and director of the Belt and Road Office, put forward several suggestions to small and medium-sized entrepreneurs: before going abroad, enterprises should study and research the target, and should not go out rashly; they should learn to share, go out in groups, and take responsibility; at the same time, they should propose "three notes". Small and medium-sized enterprises should not underestimate themselves in the process of going abroad, do not be eager for quick success (making quick money), and do not be greedy for big and quick.
