On April 2, 2017, the "China-Singapore 'Belt and Road' Poetry Forum" kicked off in the Dai Lisu region of Bixiang, Dayaowan, Yunnan. More than 100 poets from all over the country attended the event. The "China-Singapore 'Belt and Road' Poetry Forum" planned by Ms. Han Xinyu, a famous Singaporean writer and poet, was awarded the honorary title of "Belt and Road Poetry Communication Ambassador" by Dayao County, a walnut town, a salt capital of Dian Kingdom, and a holy place for worshiping Confucius, a holy place for Shiyang Town. Starting from the ancient plank road, it officially opened the "Belt and Road" of Chinese poetry culture.

Han Xinyu, a ancestral home in Qingzhou, Shandong, immigrated to Singapore in the early 21st century. He is currently a signed writer and researcher at CLC, an organization directly under the Ministry of Development of Singapore. He has published many interviews with celebrities, collections of poems and monographs on historical research. Although she is overseas, she has always been committed to the dissemination and practice of Chinese traditional culture overseas. She not only insists on Chinese creation, but also spares no effort to spread Chinese literature and culture. She has won the honorary titles of "Tea and Horse Epic" International Communication Award and "International Poetry Communication Ambassador". Han Xinyu said that all honors are affirmation and encouragement, and she will spare no effort to promote the dissemination of China's excellent culture and the Belt and Road Strategy.

Chuxiong is the region with the most frequent poetry activities in Yunnan Province. The influential large-scale theme poetry meeting of "I Have a Date in Spring" was initiated by the famous poet Pa Nan. It is held once a year in the form of a private office assistance organization.
