In 2024, Leting County's foreign trade imports and exports reached 6.78358 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 68.5%, ranking first in the city, an increase of 257.9% compared with 2020.

The product structure is constantly being optimized. Relying on existing advantageous industries, we will promote the diversification of export products and continuously expand the scale of advantageous export products. During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, the number of export products such as Christmas crafts, galvanized plates, steel structural parts, polystyrene, and steel belts for packaging was added. The scale of traditional export products such as steel and emerging export products such as pesticide preparations, templates, and scaffolding continued to expand. In 2024, steel exports increased by 125 times compared with 2020, pesticide preparations exports increased by nearly 7 times compared with 2020, and template scaffolding exports increased by 19 times.

Market support continues to increase. Organize foreign trade enterprises to seek international cooperation with well-known domestic and foreign exhibitions such as the Canton Fair and the CIIE, increase the publicity and promotion of policies and measures for enterprises to go global, such as "Hebei goods go overseas to expand the market", and organize enterprises to seek financial support for market expansion. During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, a total of 90,300 yuan of support funds were supported to expand the international market by Jintudi, Beijing JD Technology and other companies.

Product quality continues to improve. Support enterprises to increase product added value, carry out international certification and international trademark registration, promote enterprises to take the path of distinctive and differentiated brands, and improve international business capabilities. During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, a total of 117,800 yuan was supported to support enterprises such as Leting Zhusheng and Beijing JD Technology to obtain international certification support for product and management systems.

The trade methods are more diverse. Actively develop emerging trade methods such as cross-border e-commerce, market procurement, overseas warehouses, and processing trade, increase policy publicity, and support enterprises to strive for support funds such as cross-border e-commerce. During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, there were 20 cross-border e-commerce market entities, 4 9,710 companies, and two companies including Leting Zhusheng and Zhongjiang Huamei set up overseas warehouses. Hegang Pohang Automobile Board Co., Ltd. carried out the first trade in feed processing.

Trade partners are becoming increasingly diverse. While consolidating the traditional market, vigorously explore emerging markets and cultivate surrounding markets. Focus on developing the markets of Japan, South Korea, Mongolia, Russia and Northeast Asia and RCEP markets, and support enterprises to strengthen trade with Southeast Asia, the Middle East and countries along the Belt and Road.
