This is the second time Xinjiang has held an exchange meeting for ambassadors to China. At the exchange meeting, Elken Tuniyazi, deputy secretary of the Autonomous Region Party Committee and chairman of the Autonomous Region, was straightforward and enthusiastically introduced to everyone the relevant situation of Xinjiang's economic and social development and human rights protection.

Based on resource endowments, location advantages and industrial foundation, we will accelerate the transformation of economic development mode, strive to promote the construction of the "Top Ten Industrial Clusters" with Xinjiang characteristics and advantages, and achieve rapid economic growth.

Firmly establish the people-centered development philosophy, take the right to labor, the right to survival and the right to development as the primary basic human rights, and more than 77% of the fiscal expenditure in Xinjiang is invested in the field of people's livelihood. Housing, education, medical treatment, elderly care, etc., one after another, people's livelihood has enhanced the people's sense of gain and happiness.

We attach great importance to the protection and inheritance of traditional culture and have introduced a number of policies to support the protection and development of intangible cultural heritage. Real Xinjiang is desirable

Pakistan's Ambassador to China Hashmi visited Xinjiang twice last year, with his footprints spread all over the Tianshan Mountains.

"Xinjiang is beautiful, and the development of infrastructure, green energy and digital economy is even more impressive."

The real shock and touch often come from seeing it with your own eyes. Since last year, Xinjiang has made a major breakthrough in "invite in and go out". It has received 516 groups of foreign political leaders, envoys to China, entrepreneurs, etc. throughout the year, effectively enhancing the positive understanding of Xinjiang by the international community, fully demonstrating Xinjiang's confident image and open attitude, and sending a strong signal that the door to Xinjiang's opening is getting wider and wider.

Cuba Ambassador to China Bai Shide visited Xinjiang many years ago. He has been obsessed with the vast grasslands, majestic snow-capped mountains, and villages full of national customs.

"I often hear that Xinjiang has made great progress in economic development, scientific and technological innovation and cultural heritage, and the modernization construction has achieved remarkable results." Bai Shide said, "I look forward to going again to Urumqi International Land Port Area to experience the vigorous vitality of Xinjiang's integration into the joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative, and savor the historical heritage of the precipitated city in Kashgar. I believe that Xinjiang will bring me new surprises when revisiting the old place."

Explore the way to win-win cooperation

Exchanges eliminate misunderstandings and barriers, and win-win cooperation is the sunny road that is getting wider and wider.

Today, Xinjiang has a vibrant construction of Asia-Europe Golden Channel and a bridgehead opening to the west. At the exchange meeting, cooperation was the focus of common attention of all envoys, representatives of international organizations, etc.

"Based on Xinjiang's unique geographical advantages, rich resources and cultural diversity, strengthening comprehensive cooperation with SCO countries has become an important node and demonstration zone for inter-regional cooperation within the SCO. The member states of the SCO highly appreciate the important role of Xinjiang as an important link." Shanghai Cooperation Organization Secretary-General Yermekbayev said, "We can feel Xinjiang's strong willingness to participate in internal cooperation within the SCO, and believe that we can jointly hold a series of meaningful activities."

Maldives Ambassador to China Fazer said that as the forefront of China's opening up to the outside world, Xinjiang occupies a key position in jointly building the "Belt and Road". "The Maldives and Xinjiang, China, have a broad space for cooperation in the fields of tourism culture, production and sales of special products." He said that the Maldives has charming island scenery, while Xinjiang has diverse cultural landscapes and magnificent natural scenery, and the two sides can carry out tourism cooperation. In terms of special products, we can also communicate and promote each other to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results. "I sincerely hope to take this exchange meeting as an opportunity to further strengthen ties with Xinjiang and deepen practical cooperation in various fields."

China and Pakistan are "hardcore brothers". Geographically, Xinjiang is the main artery connecting China and Pakistan; culturally and historically, Xinjiang has always been a bridge for friendly exchanges between the two peoples.

Last year, Xinjiang Hongqilafu Port achieved year-round opening. Hashmi believes that this is a major achievement that will help further promote trade and personnel exchanges - Pakistan's natural products, textiles and services related to the technology field can find a broad market in Xinjiang; similarly, Xinjiang's culture, art and diverse landscapes are also very attractive to the Pakistani people.
