Yin Hejun revealed that the Chinese government has signed bilateral intergovernmental scientific and technological cooperation agreements with more than 80 countries jointly built the "Belt and Road" and launched the construction of more than 70 "Belt and Road" joint laboratories and 10 international technology transfer centers, actively carried out scientific and technological cultural exchanges and scientific and technological park cooperation actions, organized and implemented special cooperation plans such as sustainable development technology, spatial information technology, scientific and technological poverty reduction, innovation and entrepreneurship, and injected a steady stream of innovation impetus into the high-quality development of the "Belt and Road".
