A desk and a computer are the items that Jin Fanjia is in the office of the Entrepreneurship Park of the Overseas Studying People in Qingpu (Yangtze River Delta) in Shanghai. After graduating from studying abroad, Jin Fanjia chose to return to China to start a business and set up a brand consulting company.

"The reason why I chose Qingpu is that I first like the convenience of transportation here." Jin Fanjia said that the company's customers are mainly concentrated in the Yangtze River Delta region. He may have to travel on business for 10 days a month. Sometimes he goes to cities such as Nanjing, Jiangsu, Hangzhou, and Hefei, Anhui, and has to travel back and forth on the same day.

As an important part of the Yangtze River Delta Demonstration Zone, in recent years, the construction of transportation infrastructure in Qingpu District has been vigorously promoted. At the end of 2017, Shanghai Rail Transit Line 17 was officially opened; in February 2022, the main line of Shanghai Songze Elevated Road was opened to traffic; at the end of 2024, the Shanghai-Suzhou-Huzhou High-speed Railway, which passed through Qingpu, was officially opened to traffic... These projects have been completed, making Qingpu more closely connected with other areas of Shanghai, Jiangsu, and Jiaxing, Zhejiang, and more convenient for travel.

Zhang Wei is the operator of a transportation company in Jiashan County and usually lives in Wujiang. Not long ago, Zhang Wei wanted to change the company's business license and apply for a road transportation business license again. "In the past, I had to go back to my hometown Jiashan first to do these things, and it was a lot of trouble to go back and forth."

I heard that Wujiang District has launched a "1 N" license and license joint service, so Zhang Wei came to the "cross-domain service·cloud Window" special window of the Yangtze River Delta Demonstration Zone of Wujiang District Data Bureau, and received an electronic business license and road transportation business license in less than half a day.

In recent years, Qingpu, Wujiang and Jiashan have broken administrative and regional restrictions and jointly explored the interconnection of people's livelihood and business services under the background of integration, so as to facilitate residents and enterprises in the three places.

Nowadays, when Wujiang's "cross-domain handling" matters are opened, the high-frequency service needs of the people and enterprises such as social security, medical insurance, and household registration are listed one by one, and the scope of the cross-region is also expanding. Zong Liang, director of the Wujiang District Data Bureau, said that Wujiang District has initially built a "cross-domain service·cloud and comprehensive window" service system that radiates to the Yangtze River Delta Demonstration Zone and connects many provinces and cities, and has completed cross-domain service with 443 high-frequency matters in six provinces including Shanghai, Zhejiang, Anhui, etc.

Cross-provincial bus drivers in Jiashan, Zhejiang

"Many people take cross-provincial bus routes, which is very convenient."

The first bus departs from Xitang, Jiashan at 7 o'clock every day, and the last bus returns to Xitang from Lili, Wujiang at 17:30. Zhu Xuexin, a driver of the cross-provincial bus line in the Yangtze River Delta Demonstration Zone, drove on this route for 6 years. "It only takes half an hour to get from Xitang Ancient Town to Lili Ancient Town. Many people take the cross-provincial bus route to travel, which is very convenient," said Zhu Xuexin.

Focusing on cross-domain integration, Qingpu, Wujiang, Jiashan and other places have linked tourism resources into lines by developing public transportation. In addition, Qingpu, Wujiang, Jiashan and the cultural and tourism departments of Kunshan, Jiangsu signed an agreement to establish a tourism alliance to promote the integrated development of tourism resources in the four places.

Henggang Village, Yaozhuang Town, Jiashan County is located on the "Taoyuan Fisherman" tourist route in the Yangtze River Delta Demonstration Zone. There is an internet celebrity coffee shop here. Because it can interact with small animals and experience rural life, it has become the "traffic responsibility" of local village celebrities - the maximum sales volume in a single day is more than 600 cups, with an average daily sales volume of about 300 cups. Cafe manager Li Xuewen said that Henggang Village is located at the junction of Jiashan, Shanghai and Jiangsu, and most customers come from surrounding cities.

From tourism to tourism alliance, Jiashan, Qingpu and Wujiang have continuously deepened the system and mechanism of cultural and tourism cooperation and strengthened organic connections between regions.
