Chen Yuan pointed out that the development of energy Internet has broad prospects and is of great significance to the implementation of my country's "Belt and Road" strategy. We must focus on promoting the construction of the energy Internet and achieve a win-win situation in protecting the ecology and solving the energy supply problems. He proposed that traditional power grids are still the foundation and starting point of the energy Internet, and intelligent distributed power supplies and power grids should be gradually added to reduce the use of fossil energy; expand international energy Internet services to promote interconnection and international energy development; pay attention to geopolitical security issues, and consider not only the recognition and cooperation of beneficiaries of the energy Internet construction, but also the interference and impact of other countries around the world.

Chen Yuan emphasized that it is necessary to strengthen research and planning on the energy Internet, reduce blindness, and improve scientificity.
