Wang Yiming believes that in the field of investment and financing, it is necessary to improve the diversified investment and financing guarantee mechanism. In addition to intergovernmental loans and bank financing, we must actively expand domestic and foreign bond financing, equity financing, cross-border syndicated loans, PPPs, international financial investment and other channels, promote the construction of currency swaps and cross-border payment systems, and provide sufficient and stable financial support for the joint construction of the "Belt and Road" project.

Wang Peng, member of the Party Committee and vice president of the China Development Bank, said that the key to better play the role of policy-based financial institutions lies in promoting the diversification of investment and financing services of the "Belt and Road" from the supply side, and improving the quality and efficiency of pragmatic cooperation in the "Belt and Road" interconnection projects from the demand side.

Wang Peng introduced that on the one hand, we must make good use of policy special tools such as the RMB financing window to help the construction of the local offshore RMB market, and actively promote the interconnection of CIPS and the "Belt and Road" for the joint construction of national financial infrastructure; on the other hand, explore the use of local currency financing in the co-construction countries, carry out local financing through local financial institutions' loan transfer, local bond issuance, and rely on currency swap mechanisms and other forms to effectively avoid exchange rate risks for local enterprises, simplify settlement processes, and promote the improvement of fund management capabilities.

Xin Xiuming, vice president of the China Chamber of Foreign Contracting Engineering, said that while jointly building the "Belt and Road" project drives local economic and social development, it also makes positive contributions to domestic economic and social development; the Chamber of Commerce not only provides services to enterprises, but also continuously strengthens corporate self-discipline and coordination to maintain industry operating order.

Specifically, the logistics bottleneck problem has been solved through the construction of railways, highways and other transportation projects. Secondly, in terms of urbanization, member companies actively participate in the construction of new cities and contribute to the regional urbanization process. In addition, in terms of industrialization projects, conference enterprises have brought an important role in promoting local industrial development by building parks and promoting the implementation of industrial parks. In the field of green development, we will quickly make efforts in new energy business, promote photovoltaic power generation and wind power projects, and provide important support for the joint construction of the country's green development and the global "carbon peak and carbon neutrality" goals.
