On July 31, the launch ceremony of the Open Spring City Trade Union World and the "Belt and Road" Kunming International Trade Service Station, guided by the Municipal Bureau of Commerce and sponsored by the Municipal Foreign Trade Association, was held. This activity focuses on expanding international trade cooperation, aiming to help Kunming explore and build a new pattern of opening up that connects the international and domestic countries and connects the east, west, south and north.

This event innovatively established 10 international trade service stations in Vientiane, Laos, Bangkok, Thailand, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Hanoi, Vietnam, Phnom Penh, Cambodia, Moscow, Russia, Bishkek, Tajikistan, Dushanbe, Uzbekistan, Tashkent, Kazakhstan, Astana, and 5 Spring City Stations in Chengdu, Chongqing, Shenzhen, Hangzhou and Shijiazhuang. On the scene, the Municipal Foreign Trade Association awarded plaques to the operating entities of 15 service stations, marking the official launch of the Kunming International Trade Service Station on the "Belt and Road". At the same time, the joint initiative of "Dual and Foreign Trade Circulation" was also read out, and all business associations across the country were invited to join the construction of the Kunming International Trade Service Station and the domestic Spring City Station in the Belt and Road Inn, jointly build a comprehensive service center integrating construction and operation, trade distribution, logistics distribution, policy and legal affairs, and talent services, and jointly draw a new blueprint for international trade in the Belt and Road.

During the keynote speech session, representatives from different fields such as logistics, flowers, and used cars shared their cooperation experience, focusing on the key cooperation directions and practical strategies such as localized operations, brand building, technical exchanges, cultural mutual trust, infrastructure construction and policy support. The heads of the Bangkok Service Station in Thailand, the Bishkek Service Station in Kyrgyzstan, and the Chengdu Service Station spoke on the significance and operation direction of the service station, and said that in the future, they will contribute to Kunming's foreign trade development in providing good services, building bridges, and sharing resources.

During the free discussion session, the participating companies discussed in-depth discussions on issues such as trade cooperation and industrial coordination, and built consensus in the process of sharing practical experience, laying the foundation for friendly cooperation for subsequent coordinated development.

In the future, the Municipal Bureau of Commerce will guide the Municipal Foreign Trade Association to build international trade service stations and Spring City Stations with high standards, further improve service functions, improve professional standards, deepen pragmatic cooperation, and effectively build an entity support platform for enterprises to explore the international market. At the same time, we will focus on the pain points and difficulties in the international operation of enterprises, improve service levels, innovate service models, and improve service energy levels, and continue to hold special activities such as park linkage, "cloud product overseas", and supply and procurement docking to help enterprises efficiently connect to the international market, so that Kunming International Trade Service Station and Chuncheng Station become "gas stations" and "safe havens" for enterprises to explore overseas markets.

The launching ceremony invited relevant leaders of provincial and municipal business departments to attend, and representatives from more than 70 foreign trade enterprises and 4 industry associations across the city attended the meeting.
