In terms of restricted traffic areas, trucks are prohibited from driving westward at several intersections such as Fuguo Road intersection and Fucheng Road intersection in the East Outer Ring Road; the West Outer Ring, South Outer Ring, North Outer Ring, etc.; the West Outer Ring, South Outer Ring, North Outer Ring, etc. also have corresponding intersections to restrict the direction of trucks to travel. If the urban delivery trucks have unified the appearance markings and filed with the public security traffic management department, they can pass on roads in urban areas except for Zhanghua Middle Road, Jianshe Street, and Dongfeng Road (except from 6:30 to 9:00, 11:30 to 13:00, 14:00 to 15:00, and 17:00 to 19:00), they can pass on roads in the urban area except Zhanghua Middle Road, Jianshe Street, and Dongfeng Road (within Jianghan Road intersection to Dongfang Road intersection). Truck drivers in Qianjiang, these traffic restrictions involve different types of trucks. They must carefully check which category their cars belong to, and correspond to the traffic restrictions.

From 0:00 on April 15, 2025, Sanshui District has also introduced new truck restrictions. The tonnage limit on truck traffic has been relaxed. It used to limit trucks with a certified load mass of 2 tons (inclusive), but now it has been adjusted to limit medium and heavy trucks. Multi-purpose trucks (pickup trucks), new energy light trucks, and new energy micro trucks have also been added. New energy medium-sized trucks are not restricted except during peak periods (7:00 to 9:00, 17:00 to 19:00). Medium-sized vans with a length of not more than 6 meters, a width of not more than 2.2 meters and a height of not more than 2.8 meters shall be managed in Sanshui District with reference to light trucks. In terms of travel restrictions, Southwest Street and Yundonghai Street are central urban areas, and the cargo limit time is adjusted from 6:00 to 22:00; Nanshan Town’s main roads are from 7:00 to 23:00; other main roads are from 7:00 to 10:00, and 17:00 to 20:00.
