Through China's scientific and technological influence, more and more scientists in the "Belt and Road" countries are accustomed to expressing innovative thinking in Chinese and exchanging innovative achievements in Chinese, and thus promote Chinese to become one of the common scientific languages of the "Belt and Road", cultivate the "Belt and Road" science and technology innovation platform based on Chinese and Chinese scientific and technological thinking, and then feed back China's science and technology innovation education, and promote China and the "Belt and Road" countries to transform into innovative countries.

At present, except for a few developed countries, most of the countries in the "Belt and Road" are developing countries with weak scientific and technological strength and low development level.
