As of August 6, the total number of China-Europe freight trains passing through the "East Passage" of the China-Europe freight train has exceeded 3,000 trains, transporting more than 300,000 standard boxes of various goods.

On the morning of August 6, a China-Europe freight train full of car tires, soybean oil, aluminum ingots and other goods drove from Yekaterinburg, Russia to the Manzhouli Railway Port in my country. After changing the clothes, it drove to Xi'an International Port Station. Up to now, there are more than 3,000 China-Europe freight trains passing through the "East Passage" of the China-Europe freight train, transporting more than 300,000 standard containers of various goods, accounting for 26.6% of the total national volume, of which the number of return trains operated accounts for 33.1% of the total national volume.

Yang Liang, on duty at the freight workshop of the Harbin Bureau of the National Railways, Manzhouli Station: The return train volume this year is relatively large, and the categories have also increased compared with last year. For example, categories such as soybean oil, decorative supplies, automobile tires, etc. are also new this year. We directly load the return trains that can be released on the same day, reducing one landing operation, further improving the transportation timeliness of the return train.

The "East Channel" of the China-Europe Express is composed of Manzhouli, Suifenhe and Tongjiang Railway Ports. At present, the number of routes passing through the China-Europe Express "East Passage" has increased to 27, covering 14 countries including Poland, Germany, the Netherlands, and connected to more than 60 cities including Changsha, Zhengzhou, Chengdu, and Suzhou in China. The goods transported cover 12 major categories such as electronic products, aviation accessories, light textiles and department stores, grain and soybean oil. In order to comprehensively improve the comprehensive guarantee capacity for serving the "Belt and Road", railways, border inspection and customs have established an integrated working system, and strive to reduce the stay time of the return train at the port station, and the customs clearance efficiency has increased by nearly 10% compared with the previous one.
