The country has implemented domestic and foreign linkages between land and sea, mutual assistance between east and west, and put forward the "Belt and Road" initiative. Trump provoked a tariff war, and his main target was countries with maritime rights trading, and he also imposed entry fees on Chinese merchant ships, which challenged maritime rights trade and brought opportunities to land rights trade. Under such circumstances, the country should attach importance to the construction of the "Belt and Road", especially the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt, and give full play to the role of the Eurasian Continental Bridge. Now we are entering the fourth industrial revolution of intelligence, and the US industry is hollowed out. China's industrial categories and industrial chains are the most complete in the world and will be the main battlefield of the intelligent industrial revolution. China must fight a people's war of intelligent applications, produce high-quality and high-priced products, break through the trade protectionism and decoupling and blockade of the United States and the West, make China the factory of the entire world and the center of the global economy, and realize the national rejuvenation of a strong country.

Now the eastern part of my country is stronger than the western part, and the southern part is faster than the northern part. The contradiction of unbalanced and inadequate development is the most prominent in the northwest. Therefore, the country should pay attention to the development of the Northwest region, and its focus is on the construction of the Eurasian Continental Bridge and the Silk Road Economic Belt. The construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt must seize the opportunity of the Fourth Industrial Revolution of Intelligence, let the domestic section of the Silk Road Economic Belt be the first to develop, and enhance its radiation power to the international section of the Silk Road Economic Belt. The development of the Northwest region is relatively backward, and intelligent originals are mainly in Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macao, Yangtze River Delta, Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. The Northwest region should pay attention to learning and application and accelerate the industrial upgrading of the Northwest region. Xi'an is the leader in the Northwest region and the core of the Silk Road Economic Belt, and is the new force of the intelligent industrial revolution. All provinces and regions in the northwest should strengthen cooperation and exchanges, give full play to Xi'an's radiation and driving role, keep up with the pace of the national intelligent industrial revolution, and not be outdated in intelligent applications.
