Tianjin Northern Net News: Recently, in a warehouse in Ninghe District, Tianjin, a batch of intact central heating radiators and accessories will be sent to Kazakhstan via the China-Europe Express. This batch of steel radiators marked as "adapting to the severe cold climate of Central Asia" is the latest achievement of Tianjin heating equipment companies' deep cultivation in the SCO market.

"We have changed the overall structure of the radiator to alleviate the problems caused by high water pressure in Central Asia, and the heat dissipation is 20% higher than ordinary products," said Lu Nan, account manager of Tianjin Jiuding Sunshine HVAC Co., Ltd., to point to the product introduction to the upcoming shipment.

As a strong city in traditional manufacturing in the north, Tianjin's centralized heating equipment industry has long formed a full industrial chain from raw material processing to accessories production with decades of technological accumulation and cost advantages. In recent years, with the deepening and practical development of the "Belt and Road" initiative, the infrastructure construction of SCO countries has accelerated, and the demand for efficient and durable heating equipment in Central Asia, South Asia and other regions has continued to be released, providing Tianjin-related companies with new opportunities to "go overseas".

In order to help enterprises seize market opportunities, Tianjin Customs accurately matches industrial needs and launches a "combination punch" of services: establish a "key enterprise liaison team", conduct in-depth research on key export companies such as Jiuding Sunshine, sort out key information such as SCO's national technical regulations, certification standards, etc., and regularly push it to enterprises; promote the "early declaration two-step declaration" customs clearance model, compress the average customs clearance time to within 2 hours, and provide "personalized" classification guidance for "small and scattered" goods such as radiator accessories to avoid affecting exports due to declaration errors; guide enterprises to use smart platforms such as "Tianjin RCEP Tariff Policy Inquiry Public Service Platform" and "Customs Classification One-Finger Pass" to understand the preferential tariff rates and rules of origin of goods in different trade countries, and help enterprises enjoy the policies that benefit enterprises.

According to statistics, from January to July 2025, Tianjin exported central heating radiators and parts to SCO member states, observer states and dialogue partners of 19.5011 million yuan, a significant increase of 71.0% year-on-year, showing strong market vitality.
