Ni Yuefeng pointed out during his investigation in Xingtai City

From August 11 to 12, Ni Yuefeng, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee, visited Xingtai City for investigation. He pointed out that we must thoroughly implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech during his inspection of Hebei, adhere to the use of scientific and technological innovation to lead the development of new quality productive forces, vigorously promote the quality improvement and upgrading of county-level characteristic industries, strive to complete the annual economic and social development goals and tasks, and achieve a successful conclusion of the "14th Five-Year Plan".

Ni Yuefeng went deep into Nanhe District, Wei County and Ningjin County of Xingtai City, and went to the construction site of enterprises, scientific research institutions and key projects to learn more about the development of the industry. He pointed out that Xingtai City’s county-level characteristic industries have a good foundation and contain huge development potential. We must coordinate the transformation of traditional industries, the growth of advantageous industries and the cultivation of new quality productivity, accelerate the construction of key projects, cultivate innovative enterprises in a gradient manner, and strive to build a modern industrial system. We must strengthen the position of enterprises as the main body of innovation, build an innovation consortium with close cooperation between upstream and downstream, and promote the integration of industry, academia and research. We must give full play to the role of leading enterprises, continue to promote the extension, supplement and strengthen chains, and promote the high-end, intelligent and green development of the industry.

In recent years, Linxi County has introduced Serbian precision module intelligent manufacturing project, built the China-Serbian (International) bearing industry sharing laboratory, and promoted the bearing industry cluster to become bigger and stronger. Ni Yuefeng inspected the project cooperation and scientific and technological research and development on the spot, and emphasized the need to seize the major opportunities of high-quality joint construction of the "Belt and Road", actively create a first-class business environment for market-oriented, law-based and internationalization, vigorously introduce globally renowned enterprises, strengthen key projects and trade and investment cooperation, deepen innovation in shared laboratories and shared factories, and strive to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.

In Changzhuang Town, Wei County, Ni Yuefeng had in-depth exchanges with grassroots cadres to understand the situation of grassroots party building. He pointed out that we must make good use of the results of learning and education in thoroughly implementing the spirit of the Central Eight Regulations, improve the normalized and long-term system and mechanism for work style construction, and continue to rectify formalism to reduce the burden on grassroots units. We must further strengthen the leadership of party building, promote the modernization of grassroots governance system and governance capabilities, and strictly implement all work at the end. All localities and relevant departments should increase their efforts in investigation and research, summarize and promote good experiences and practices explored at the grassroots level, and consolidate the good situation of harmonious and stable rural areas and the people's living and working in peace and contentment.
