According to reports, as of now, our province has built 3 national and 15 provincial "Belt and Road" joint laboratories, and has carried out various forms of cooperation with countries (regions) such as Central Asia, Russia, Southeast Asia, and West Asia. In the past three years, a total of 44 international (domestic) leading technologies have been obtained, 3 domestic technology gaps have been filled, 30 technology achievements have been transferred, and 6 technology enterprises have been incubated.
Strengthen the construction of international scientific and technological cooperation bases. Up to now, 21 national-level international science and technology cooperation bases and 98 provincial-level international science and technology cooperation bases have been jointly built with countries and regions along the "Belt and Road". In the past three years, a total of 446 international conferences and forums have been organized and hosted, 494 high-level talents from overseas (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), 223 technologies have been exported, 4 technologies have been introduced, 4 domestic substitutions have been achieved, and 32 technical bottlenecks have been broken.
A number of overseas science and technology demonstration parks have been built. Focusing on the fields of breeding of good varieties, saline-alkali land control, grain and oil crops, biological health, the Yangling Demonstration Zone has supported the construction of 12 overseas science and technology demonstration parks in Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Belarus, Uzbekistan and other countries, with a cumulative radiation area of more than 30 million mu. In 2025, the Sino-Jiangxi Apple Demonstration Park of the SCO Agricultural Base was built, and 6,057 seedlings were planted. It is expected that the apple yield per mu will increase by more than 300 kilograms, and the output will increase by more than 30% compared with local fruit trees, realizing the demonstration and promotion of Chinese seedlings, equipment and technology in Kyrgyzstan.
Promote the construction of the China Branch of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. Introduce high-level overseas talents.
