The Comprehensive Bonded Zone of Fuzhou Changle International Airport was officially closed for operation on July 21. Zhao Long came here to learn about the construction of the comprehensive bonded zone and the customs inspection process. He emphasized that we must continue to expand functions, strengthen policy publicity, promote high-quality investment promotion, and continuously improve new comprehensive competitive advantages such as industrial supporting facilities and business environment. At the Fuzhou District Exhibition Center of Fujian Free Trade Pilot Zone, the Internet of Things Innovation and Development Center, and the Mawei Customs Rapid Inspection and Discharge Center, Zhao Long learned in detail about institutional innovation measures and the centralized customs inspection model. He pointed out that it is necessary to connect with high-standard international economic and trade rules, steadily promote institutional opening, innovate regulatory methods, and accelerate the improvement of quality and efficiency of the free trade pilot zone. Zhao Long also inspected the headquarters building projects of Xingyun Electronics Company and Yasheng Investment Group, requiring relevant departments and enterprises to work together to deepen their main responsibilities and main businesses, make good use of the policy advantages of the free trade zone platform, promote the deep integration of scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation, and accelerate the cultivation and development of new quality productivity.

Afterwards, Zhao Long presided over a symposium to have in-depth exchanges with the heads of some development zones, high-tech zones and free trade zones, and listen to opinions and suggestions. He pointed out that during his work in Fujian, General Secretary Xi Jinping personally planned the construction of Xiamen's "free port special economic zone", personally deployed and promoted the construction of development zones such as Fuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, Rongqiao Industrial Zone, and Fuxing Investment Zone, creating valuable ideological, spiritual wealth and practical results for us. Fujian's development benefits from reform and opening up, and in the future, it must rely on reform and opening up.
