Last year I reported on China's game industry, especially the phenomenon of "Black Myth: Wukong" and its global attention it received. Many people lament that many provinces in China have high development levels, and Yunnan Province is a good example. There are many ethnic minorities living in Yunnan, and all ethnic groups live in harmony.

Short videos and visual materials are attractive. While watching, the audience also becomes participants in this process. This is why I often receive messages from audiences in our country - "We seem to be traveling through China with you." So, this is not only my personal gain, but also a unique experience for the audience.

Short videos can tell stories in themselves. Nowadays, people pay attention to short and concise videos that can quickly convey important information. When the text is limited to a certain language, the video breaks the language barrier and better shows the real situation to the audience.

Short videos can build a bridge for cultural exchanges. As a participant in the friendly exchanges between China and Russia, I am like a small screw on this bridge connecting the friendship between the two countries. We have been making short videos for eight or nine years. Looking back at the time we first started, the short videos were very novel and even a little mysterious. The reason I chose to make short videos was mainly because I think it can save time greatly and does not require much high-end equipment. I just need to take out my mobile phone, shoot a short video, and take about 20 minutes to edit it to complete the work and publish it.

I think short videos are now essential for cross-cultural exchanges.
