As an important industrial platform company for the application of nuclear technology in China National Nuclear Corporation, China Tongsong focuses on the application of nuclear technology medicine and industry, and creates a "6 N" industrial system, covering key tracks in the upstream, midstream and downstream applications of nuclear technology such as nuclides, nuclear drugs, nuclear medical equipment, radioactive sources, and radiation applications. In 2021, it was approved as the National Atomic Energy Agency Nuclear Technology (Radical Drug Engineering Conversion) R&D Center, and in 2022, it was approved as the International Atomic Energy Agency Drug Release and Radioactive Source Cooperation Center. In terms of medical applications, China Tongsong relies on China Nuclear Corporation's rich reactors, accelerators and other resources to continuously promote the large-scale production and supply of nuclides; builds an overall radiopharmaceutical solution provider, layout 37 medical centers, build a "instant" distribution system for radiopharmaceuticals, and ensures nearly 60% of the country's supply; jointly develops a smart nuclear medicine functional platform with Peking Union Medical College Hospital to create a new model with one-stop and standardized construction of nuclear medicine. In terms of industrial applications, China's co-sponsored and enhanced its leading position in the domestic radioactive source industry, continued to expand its product lineage, and deepened the extension layout of the back-end industry; created an overall solution for radiation applications, and the market share of large-scale radiation devices designed and constructed in China exceeded 80%; continued to develop new irradiation products, new materials, and new processes, so that nuclear technology can better help a better life.

China attaches great importance to international cooperation and has carried out extensive scientific and technological exchanges and cooperation with international institutions such as the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and the Atomic Energy Commission of more than 30 countries. During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, it has successively carried out international cooperation with Bangladesh, Nigeria, Brazil and Morocco, and exported products to more than 80 countries and regions.

Give full play to the advantages of green energy technology and create a benchmark for low-carbon transformation. The Laos Gansu-Mongolia Seurban Phase photovoltaic project is the first large-scale photovoltaic project put into production by Chinese enterprises in Laos, the first photovoltaic project incorporated into the Laos national main power grid, and the Laos first photovoltaic project equipped with energy storage systems, filling the power gap in the central dry season; the Banha-Asupo 500 kV transmission and transformation project annual power transmission exceeds 3.3 billion kWh, breaking through the bottleneck of power export in southern Laos and ensuring power supply in Cambodia; the Seralong first-class hydropower station generates 250 million kWh of power annually, becoming the "stabilizer" of the southern Laos power grid. Myanmar's Daksha Power Plant generates 850 million kilowatt-hours of electricity, accounting for 10% of Yangon's power supply. It was named Myanmar's "excellent power plant" for its "highest operating efficiency and lowest energy consumption".

Give full play to the advantages of cross-border logistics and promote "cloud products overseas" and "resource import". Relying on the "LanMekong Express" of China-Laos Railway, a total of 430,000 standard containers have been shipped, Yunnan steel, new energy vehicles and other products are exported to Southeast Asia, and resources such as Thai durian and Laos iron ore are introduced. The "refrigerated container door-to-door" service continues to reduce logistics costs. Beishan Logistics Park on the border of Hekou, China-Vietnam has achieved online integration of "business flow, customs flow, and capital flow". Wenshan Tianbao Logistics Park has created a "one-click payment" model to break the bottleneck of traditional port settlement with digital logistics.

Practice the responsibility of state-owned enterprises and convey China's warmth with "excellent but excellent" projects that benefit the people. Through the "Heart Connection·Yunnan Tour" project, 36 livelihood projects were implemented, solar street light lighting projects were promoted in Myanmar to illuminate rural night roads, and rural drinking water transformation was carried out in Laos to solve drinking water problems. Relying on the group, we undertake 12 business representative offices, deepen private diplomacy, broaden the international "circle of friends", transform the concept of consultation, joint construction and sharing into people's livelihood and well-being, and build a solid social foundation for the people's hearts to be connected with each other in the "Belt and Road".

Deeply cultivated in Peru, ESG (environmental, social and corporate governance) practices to set a model of China-Peru cooperation. China Copper Industry has developed the Peruvian Tromok Copper Mine, insisting on localized operations, promoting local economic development, employment improvement, ecological protection and humanistic integration, and has won the honors of APEC's Best Case for Sustainable Development. As of the end of 2024, the cumulative investment in Peru exceeded US$5 billion and the profit tax paid exceeded US$1.4 billion. Peruvian mining has become a model enterprise with "society, pride of employees, excellent benefits and environmentally friendly".

Expand Africa and jointly create a benchmark copper smelting project. China Copper Industry and China Nonferrous Metals Group jointly invested in the construction of the Qianbixi Copper Smelting Project and the Lualaba Copper Smelting Project. As of the end of 2024, the Qianbixi Copper Smelting Project paid more than US$300 million in profits and taxes for Zambia, with a localized employment rate of 92%, trained more than 1,700 technical talents, and solved more than 5,000 employment. At present, China's copper industry is developing healthily and continues to assist local education, medical care and people's livelihood facilities.

Global layout, diversified procurement ensures resource security. China Copper has established stable copper, lead and zinc procurement channels with more than 20 countries jointly built the "Belt and Road" and has continued to strengthen resource cooperation with relevant countries, built a "multi-country, multi-resource, multi-mode" supply system, significantly improved resource guarantee capabilities, directly increased the fiscal revenue of resource countries, activated the entire local mining industry chain, created a large number of employment opportunities, and achieved mutual benefit and win-win results.

Looking ahead, China Copper Industry will continue to work with global partners with an open, innovative and pragmatic attitude to innovate cooperation models, improve development quality, and make new contributions to the high-quality joint construction of the "Belt and Road".

Work together to promote dialogue on civilized cooperation

In this process, China's initiative to jointly build the "Belt and Road" as well as the Global Development Initiative, Global Security Initiative, Global Civilization Initiative, and Global Governance Initiative are of decisive significance for promoting cooperation and dialogue among civilizations.

We reiterate our support for these initiatives aimed at working for the common future of mankind and recognize China's leadership role in defending multilateralism, fairness and justice and common progress. We firmly believe that only through joint efforts can the international system develop in a more fair, just and representative direction.

During the third council meeting of the Belt and Road News Cooperation Alliance, the Cuba Latin American News Agency called on everyone to take action, promote real media cooperation, consolidate high-level dialogue, and build an exchange platform that helps policy makers analyze decisions. Diversity and win-win, promote regional economic governance

Current regional economic governance faces some important issues that need to be solved, such as the United States' unilateralism and trade protectionist policies that harm the multilateral trading system; frequent regional turmoil, rising anti-globalization, lack of rules and regulations, restricting or damaging regional economic governance; traditional international multilateral governance mechanisms face common challenges such as insufficient resources, insufficient authority, and lack of consensus, and the role of various regional economic systems has been weakened.

Faced with important issues in regional economic governance, the joint construction of the "Belt and Road" initiative is more significant. First, it will help solve regional common problems and strengthen the concept of building a community with a shared future for mankind. Deepen understanding in the high-quality joint construction of the "Belt and Road" and strengthen the overall framework of building a community with a shared future for mankind. The second is to help build an important supply platform for regional public products. Proposing the initiative to jointly build the "Belt and Road" is a move by China to actively demonstrate the responsibility of a major country. By providing various public products, it will help reduce various economic problems that may arise. Third, it will help better safeguard and promote the interests of regional countries. China is actively building a new type of regional governance relationship, allowing actors with different political systems, development levels, and civilized forms to work together to promote the construction of a more fair and reasonable governance system. The second is that the great way is the public. China has always focused on maintaining and promoting fairness and justice of regional economic rules, taking care of the interests of the vast majority of developing countries, and resisting unilateralism, protectionism and economic bullying. The third is to work hard for a long time. China has always demonstrated strategic determination, adhered to long-termism, and enhanced continuity and predictability for regional economic governance.

Seize opportunities and actively explore international markets

In September 2020, the construction of the Western (Chongqing) Science City was fully launched, and efforts were made to become an important carrier for the construction of the Chongqing Twin Cities Economic Circle. Over the past five years, the Chongqing Xiyong Comprehensive Bonded Zone and Chongqing Free Trade Pilot Zone have been built on this land. The joint construction of the "Belt and Road" initiative has brought all-round and deep development opportunities to the Western (Chongqing) Science City.

First, it is the "test field" of international cooperation. The joint construction of the "Belt and Road" has enabled the scientific and technological achievements of the Science City to move from laboratories to international markets, and from serving locally to solving global problems. For example, the Germplasm Creation Center, a key project, has developed a high-quality product with an artemisinin content of 3.2% for malaria prevention and control, and has been tried in Madagascar. The "high proportion of renewable energy power system" cooperated with Chongqing University and Egypt directly serves Egypt's "Vision 2030" and has become a model of China-Egypt scientific and technological cooperation. The incubation company Chongqing Fudimai Digital Technology Co., Ltd. has achieved technology overseas, prompting the Science City and the Belarus China-Belarus Industrial Park to reach a number of intentions in the direction of co-construction of laboratories, technology overseas, and talent exchange.

The second is the "new window" for industrial upgrading. Open up trade networks and promote "China's Intelligent Manufacturing" to the world. Xiyong Microelectronics Park, located in Science City, gathers more than 50 integrated circuit companies including Microelectronics, China Resources Microelectronics, and Anstech Semiconductor to build an intelligent terminal industry chain and its products are sold overseas. Chongqing Moore Water Treatment Equipment Co., Ltd. independently developed the 15th generation pure water equipment. The products have entered more than 60 countries including Kazakhstan, Thailand, Malaysia, Chile, Brazil, etc., and have become a supporting supplier of UN water system products. Relying on R&D investment, Chongqing Xinyuan Motorcycle Co., Ltd. has launched a variety of models such as sports cars, retro cars, off-road vehicles, and other products, and its products are sold to countries and regions such as Russia, Guatemala, and Peru.

Focus on opening up and create an overseas service system

Chengmai has a profound historical and cultural heritage and is an ancient county in Hainan. Chengmai was selected as one of the top 100 counties and cities in the country in 2023 and 2024; Hainan Ecological Software Park continued to optimize the business environment and achieved annual revenue of over 200 billion yuan; innovative breakthroughs in the five major fields of digital, ocean, intelligent manufacturing, green and cultural, forming 1 trillion-level and 3 billion-level industrial clusters.

As an important part of Hainan Free Trade Port and an international platform for interconnection between China and the world, Chengmai takes "focusing on going overseas and investing in Chengmai" as the main line, creating five major overseas scenarios: games, cross-border e-commerce, manufacturing, new energy vehicles, and digital culture, and sending a sincere invitation to "go overseas and come to Chengmai". Chengmai actively builds a corporate overseas service system and creates a comprehensive service platform for corporate overseas.

In Chengmai, the business environment and livable environment are continuously optimized. Respect, get close to, and serve entrepreneurs here has become a trend. The Chengmai County "Project Direct Train" project was rated as a demonstration case for optimizing the business environment across the province. It can be completed in as soon as one working day for the company to start. The project only takes 7.5 hours from signing the contract to completing the construction procedures. Chengmai is known as the world's longevity hometown and a world's selenium-rich blessed land. Its selenium-rich soil is distributed relatively concentratedly and has a large area. Chengmai is committed to creating the "Learning in Chengmai" education brand. Chengmai Experimental Middle School of East China Normal University, Meilun Campus of Hainan Middle School, Hainan Weicheng Future School, and Hainan Foreign Language School affiliated to Beijing Foreign Studies University have been built here. Fushan Coffee Cultural Style Town has been approved as a national 4A-level scenic spot, and the construction of public infrastructure projects such as Dongpo Cultural Industry Park and National Fitness Center has been accelerated in an all-round way.
