Now, the law firm’s Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan offices have been established and operated one after another, and the Turkmenistan and Tajikistan offices have entered the preparatory stage.

The backbone lawyers sent by Beijing Jingshi (Xi'an) Law Firm to Central Asia are all doctoral students with Chinese, Russian, and English skills in law. They take the initiative to take responsibility in public welfare services, interpret local labor laws for Chinese companies, provide public welfare rights protection services to more than 20 small and medium-sized enterprises facing legal risks, and speak out for Chinese companies.

At the same time, Beijing Jingshi (Xi'an) Law Firm established a "Foreign-related Legal Public Welfare Service Station" in Xi'an to provide free cross-border compliance consultation for small and medium-sized enterprises in the west. As of now, more than 30 online and offline training sessions have been carried out, serving more than 500 enterprises.

Through meticulous work, Li Hao provided the company with consultation on local laws and regulations, registration procedures, tax policies, etc., and drafted the contract and reviewed it to ensure that all foreign-related contracts are legal, perfect and risk-controllable. He also provided the company with consultation on local labor law. "Now, this logistics group company has established a Central Asia office in Kazakhstan, and its overseas business has developed well," said Li Hao.

Li Hao's team has made breakthrough progress in the field of legal services in Central Asia with the "three-in-one" layout with legal compliance, industrial collaboration and talent training as the core. They have successively established a negative list database for investment access, a cross-border tax intelligent planning system and a multilingual labor compliance guidance library to provide enterprises with a full-cycle legal escort from market access to operational exit. They have customized compliance plans for 127 companies, helping customers reduce cross-border legal costs on average by 30%.

In addition, Li Hao's team has also established a legal guarantee mechanism for capacity cooperation between China and Kazakhstan, and through tools such as pre-examination of legal opinions and cross-border dispute prevention guidelines, it has promoted 47 two-way investment projects between China and Kazakhstan and Ukraine, involving nearly 10 million US dollars.

In 2023, the "Compliance Risk Intelligent Assessment Model" developed by Li Hao led a team to provide 23 Chinese-funded enterprises with "policy adaptive rectification plans" to achieve 100% of the enterprise operation license retention.

In 2024, a Chinese-funded enterprise's agricultural project in Uzbekistan encountered resistance from local communities. Li Hao led the team to conduct in-depth research and found that the root cause of the problem lies in poor cultural communication. By organizing the China-Ukrainian Agricultural Science and Technology Cooperation Forum, Li Hao's team not only resolved the dispute, but also promoted the establishment of a long-term cooperation mechanism between the two sides.
