Promoting the construction of the "Belt and Road" is a major initiative and concept that coordinates both domestic and international situations, conforms to the trend of regional and global cooperation, and meets the development needs of countries and regions along the route. In the more than three years since the "Belt and Road" initiative was proposed, the international community has responded enthusiastically, cooperation in various fields has been advanced in an orderly manner, and the progress and results have exceeded the expectations of all parties at home and abroad.

The “Belt and Road” construction has strong appeal and appeal. At present, the world economy is still in a period of deep adjustment after the international financial crisis. The original development pattern has been broken. New driving forces and new patterns for economic growth have not yet been formed. Countries have a strong desire to break through difficulties and seek development. At the same time, the international financial crisis has fully exposed the functional and structural flaws of the global economic governance system. Reforming and improving the global economic governance system has become the common voice of the vast majority of countries. The "Belt and Road" construction is based on the basic principles of extensive consultation, joint contribution and sharing, and supports the common development of all countries. All countries jointly formulate plans and measures to promote regional cooperation, drive economic development through connectivity and production capacity cooperation, and have strong appeal and appeal to countries along the route. It promotes the establishment of a more fair, just and reasonable global economic governance system, so that the dividends of economic globalization are distributed more evenly on an international scale. The "Belt and Road" construction is based on the present and long-term, and is committed to establishing a new type of international relations with win-win cooperation as the core. It is China's plan to promote global economic recovery. It demonstrates China's wisdom in promoting mutual learning among different civilizations and China's responsibility in promoting the reform of the global governance system. It has been widely recognized and responded positively to the international community.

The “Belt and Road” construction is becoming a new growth point for the world economy. Currently, under the background that the negative impact of the international financial crisis still exists and the world economy is still in deep trouble, there is an undercurrent of anti-globalization. In order to revitalize their own economies, some developed countries have promoted reindustrialization on the one hand and urged the return of huge capital from manufacturing and multinational enterprises; on the other hand, they have held high the banner of trade protectionism and introduced more trade protectionist measures. Under such circumstances, more and more intense trade wars, exchange rate wars, commodity price wars, etc. may occur in the future, and the development risks faced by developing countries and emerging economies will greatly increase. At present, China has become the world's second largest economy, the largest trader of goods, and the second largest foreign investor. It is willing and able to make greater contributions to promoting global economic growth. Taking the "Belt and Road" construction as an opportunity to carry out cross-border connectivity, improve the level of trade and investment cooperation, and promote international cooperation in production capacity and equipment manufacturing, the essence is to generate new demand, form new economic growth points, and achieve rebalancing of the world economy by increasing effective supply. Especially when the world economy continues to be sluggish, China helps countries along the Belt and Road to improve their infrastructure and supports countries along the Belt and Road to advance industrialization and modernization, which is conducive to promoting the prosperity and development of the world economy.

The construction of “One Belt, One Road” needs to seize opportunities and ride on the momentum. Currently, the “Belt and Road” construction is at a critical juncture of comprehensive advancement. We should firmly seize the opportunities brought by changes in the domestic and international economic situation for the “Belt and Road” construction and lay a more solid foundation for deepening regional cooperation and promoting world economic growth. As the "One Belt, One Road" construction is advanced from scratch, from point to point, my country is more proactive in allocating resources on a global scale. More and more Chinese companies are actively integrating into the global value chain and taking active steps in factors aggregation, technology integration, resource allocation, industrial layout and other aspects. In today's world, economic globalization and regional economic integration are still trends. The "Belt and Road" construction provides an inclusive and huge development platform. More and more countries along the route are taking the express train of China's development to achieve their own development. Although there are some uncertainties in the current world economic development, the "Belt and Road" construction is showing a positive trend. We must seize the opportunity, ride on the momentum, and constantly improve the “Belt and Road” construction planning implementation system and policy guarantee system to make the “Belt and Road” construction proceed steadily and long-term.
