From a resource perspective, Xinjiang is a veritable “treasure bowl.” The rich mineral resources are amazing. The predicted coal reserves reach 2.19 trillion tons, accounting for 40% of the country's total. The oil and natural gas resources also have considerable reserves. It is an important energy base in my country. This provides a solid foundation for the development of energy and chemical industries in Xinjiang, which can not only meet domestic demand, but also promote regional economic development through energy trade. Take the petrochemical industry as an example. Relying on its abundant crude oil resources, Xinjiang can vigorously develop integrated refining and chemical projects, extend the industrial chain, and increase the added value of products. This will not only drive local employment, but also attract upstream and downstream companies to gather and form an industrial cluster effect. At the same time, Xinjiang has abundant sunlight and a large temperature difference between day and night. It is an important production base of high-quality agricultural products in the country. Cotton output accounts for more than 90% of the country's total. Special fruits such as grapes and cantaloupe are well-known at home and abroad. The development prospects of specialty agriculture are broad. By developing the deep processing industry of agricultural products, such as creating a full cotton textile industry chain, from cotton planting, spinning, weaving to garment manufacturing, the added value of agricultural products can be greatly increased and the process of agricultural modernization can be promoted.

Geographically, Xinjiang has irreplaceable strategic advantages. It is an important gateway connecting my country to Central Asia, West Asia and even Europe, with 17 national ports and 10 border economic cooperation zones. The further advancement of the “One Belt, One Road” initiative has transformed Xinjiang from a landlocked hinterland into an open frontier. Through international logistics channels such as China-Europe trains, trade exchanges between Xinjiang and countries along the route have become increasingly frequent, becoming an important hub for my country's opening up to the outside world. For example, the Horgos Port has attracted a large number of cross-border e-commerce companies to settle in due to its superior geographical location and policy advantages, forming a cross-border e-commerce industrial park integrating warehousing, logistics and distribution. It has not only promoted the growth of trade between Xinjiang, Central Asia and Europe, but also promoted the development of local logistics, finance and other related industries. This geographical advantage provides unique conditions for developing an export-oriented economy and carrying out international cooperation, attracting many companies to invest and start business.

Xinjiang’s cultural tourism resources also have huge potential. There are magnificent natural scenery here, the beauty of Tianshan Tianchi, the mystery of Kanas Lake, and the vastness of the Taklimakan Desert, which make people forget to leave. It also has profound historical and cultural heritage, the remains of the ancient Silk Road, and diverse ethnic customs, which constitute a unique cultural landscape. With the continuous improvement of tourism infrastructure and the continuous development of the tourism market, Xinjiang is becoming a tourist destination that domestic and foreign tourists yearn for. Taking Kanas Scenic Area as an example, by strengthening the construction of scenic spots and improving service quality, it has attracted a large number of domestic and foreign tourists, driving the development of local catering, accommodation, transportation and other service industries. At the same time, the development of special tourism products based on folk culture, such as organizing ethnic festivals and launching ethnic handicrafts, has further enriched the connotation of tourism. The tourism industry is expected to become a new engine for economic growth.
