With the country's first "three-channel" registration and "dual-platform" driving model, it became the highlight of this edition of the Expo.

It is reported that the "three-channel" registration system constructed by the Horgos copyright trading platform integrates administrative resources, market forces and digital technology to form a trinity service network of "national highways provincial highways cloud roads". The platform opens up the data link between the Xinjiang copyright registration system and the trading platform to achieve real-time synchronization of registration data and transaction data. The registration system automatically synchronizes core information such as work characteristic value data and ownership certificates to the trading platform, providing authoritative endorsement for transactions and forming a "registration-transaction" integrated data closed loop. At the same time, it innovatively launched a "registration transaction" dual-driven integration mechanism between government and enterprises, focusing on the three major tracks of film and television, music, and games, and building a full-chain cultural trade service system that integrates creation, registration, transaction, communication, and finance, and promotes the efficient transition of copyright from "registration and confirmation of rights" to "commercial transformation".
