At the docking meeting, Xu Zhipeng, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Chongqing Science and Technology Bureau, released a list of Sichuan-Chongqing technological innovation achievements, covering 50 innovative achievements including multimodal unbounded model and spatial intelligence, automotive-grade three-dimensional vision chips and software and hardware industrialization, and advanced millimeter wave perception technology industrialization.

It is understood that these 50 technological innovation achievements have three characteristics: First, they focus on technological innovation achievements in the new quality field, including 18 in the artificial intelligence field, accounting for 36%, 9 in the new energy field, accounting for 18%, 7 in the medical and health field, accounting for 14%, and 6 in the aerospace field, accounting for 12%. The second is to focus on the technological innovation achievements of enterprises. 46 results developed by enterprises account for 92%, of which 21 high-tech enterprises account for 46%. All 50 achievements have the intention to go overseas, and three of them have been piloted and applied in countries such as Singapore, Russia, and Malaysia.

The reporter noticed that many scientific and technological achievements on the list came from Chongqing. For example, Chongqing Wuqi Microelectronics Co., Ltd. adopts the RISC-V multi-core instruction set architecture and creates the CMOS PA technology with world-class performance, which is widely used in high-speed network transmission scenarios such as home Wi-Fi routers and smart gateways. Chongqing Lianxin Intelligent Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. has introduced adaptive optical technology in the laser emission system to greatly improve the tracking accuracy of targets. It has developed laser directional energy defense products with various usage methods such as portable, fixed, and vehicle-mounted, with broad market prospects.

As the highly anticipated "fourth pole" of China's economic growth, the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin Cities Economic Circle has a surge in technological innovation momentum. At present, Sichuan and Chongqing are accelerating the implementation of Sichuan-Chongqing science and technology innovation cooperation plans, and continue to make efforts in the fields of electronic information, high-end equipment manufacturing, new energy, biomedicine, etc., jointly carried out 257 key research projects with more than 160 million yuan in funds; implemented the "double increase action" of high-tech enterprises and technology-based enterprises and the "three-strong plan" for cultivating innovative enterprises, gathering 41,000 science and technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises, 25,000 high-tech enterprises, and 709 specialized and new "little giant" enterprises; it was approved to build the first "Belt and Road" science and technology innovation cooperation zone in the country, and build a science and technology exchange center, technology transfer hub, collaborative innovation platform, and industry-innovation integration highland for the "Belt and Road". At the docking meeting, representative institutions such as the Western Science and Technology Venture Capital Alliance jointly issued the "Investment Initiative for the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin Cities Economic Circle". In fact, thanks to the booming scientific and technological achievements, science and technology investment in the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin Cities Economic Circle is currently favored by the capital market. For example, Sichuan Science and Technology Innovation Investment Group, together with Chongqing Yufu Group and other state-owned enterprises, established the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin Cities Economic Circle Development Fund, adopted the mother-son fund model to link with industry leading institutions, give full play to the leading role of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises, leverage capital of all parties, build a 30 billion fund cluster, and drive the implementation of industrial investment of hundreds of billions of yuan.
