The "Plan for the Development of New Generation Artificial Intelligence" clearly states that building a high-end talent team has become the top priority of the development of artificial intelligence, and proposes to strengthen cooperation between industry, academia and research.

Creating a full-link artificial intelligence talent training path of "curriculum resources - teaching and research platform - industry training - teaching support" is an important part of the "Inclusive Artificial Intelligence Education" sector.

According to reports, the artificial intelligence education universal sector is initiated by Tencent’s enlightenment platform, aiming to provide global universities with the “step-by-step and standardized” teaching resources for "Artificial Intelligence General Course" and "Artificial Intelligence Reinforcement Learning Professional Course". From now on, universities across the country can register through Tencent Kaiwu official website, and the registration time will last until December 31, 2025. The first batch of universities that have registered for the project will receive a complete set of resources such as "Artificial Intelligence General Course" and "Artificial Intelligence Reinforcement Learning Professional Course", including courseware, lesson plans, MOOC courses, practical training platforms, practical training scenarios, class test questions and experimental resources.

In addition, Tencent will open a teaching practice environment based on massive real business scenario optimization, so that students can apply what they have learned in an environment close to the industry, and provide teachers with a one-stop teaching management platform to help cooperative universities build a high-level faculty team that meets the needs of the times and connects with the cutting-edge of the industry.

Especially for the artificial intelligence industry, standardization can not only reduce early trial and error costs and repetitive resource investment, but also strengthen upstream and downstream cooperation in the industry and establish ecological coordination. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and four other departments previously jointly issued the "Guidelines for the Construction of the National Artificial Intelligence Industry Comprehensive Standardization System (2024 Edition)", proposing that by 2026, the linkage level between my country's artificial intelligence industry standards and industrial scientific and technological innovation will continue to improve, and a standard system that leads the high-quality development of the artificial intelligence industry will be formed at an accelerated pace.

Li Wenxin, deputy director of the Institute of Artificial Intelligence at Peking University, introduced that, led by Peking University, the University of Science and Technology of China and Tencent Kaiwen Platform, jointly organized more than 30 domestic university research institutions and industry partners to formulate and release the industry's first series of technical standards for reinforced learning systems covering environmental interfaces, intelligent interfaces, and platform frameworks at the China Computer Society (CCF), filling the standard gap in the field.

Li Wenxin said that the creation of a series of standards for reinforcement learning systems aims to break technical barriers, reduce cross-field collaboration costs, and accelerate the process of universal reinforcement learning technology.
