China has signed a cooperation agreement on jointly building the Belt and Road Initiative with 25 neighboring countries, and is the largest trading partner of 18 countries. China and ASEAN have been each other's largest trading partners for five consecutive years. The negotiations between China and ASEAN Free Trade Zone 3.0 version were fully completed, the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement was implemented with high quality, and the economic cooperation industrial park, cross-border e-commerce hub, and smart agricultural network have settled in the surrounding areas, creating a large number of jobs for the local area. Cooperation with China is both respected and affordable, which has become a consensus among neighboring countries.

Ma Zhaoxu said that China advocates an Asian security model of sharing safety, seeking common ground while reserving differences, and dialogue and consultation, and actively contributes China's wisdom and strength to promote political resolution of hot issues in the Korean Peninsula, Afghanistan and other regions. China promotes the Asian values ​​of peace, cooperation, openness and inclusiveness, takes measures to facilitate personnel exchanges, promotes the implementation of Lancang-Mekong Visa and ASEAN Visa, and has exempted visas from mutual visas with some Southeast Asian countries.
