Pakistan was officially accepted as a member by the SCO in 2017. Irfan believes that whether it is short-term courses, academic education or skills training, it will help Pakistan improve the quality of human resources and the level of vocational education.

Although Brazil is not yet a member of the SCO, Nelson is still very concerned about this SCO summit. He said that Brazil is one of the founding members of the BRICS countries.
