Beijing News (Reporter Chen Lin) On September 13, the 10th "Belt and Road" Legal and Commercial Comprehensive Service Capacity Building Forum was held at the Service Trade Fair. The reporter learned from the event that the "Belt and Road" service mechanism has gradually built a service network covering more than 180 cities in more than 100 countries and regions.

2025 marks the tenth anniversary of the creation of the "Belt and Road" service mechanism. This forum is themed "The Golden Ten Year of the Belt and Road Initiative, Comprehensive Upgrade of Merchants Services" and is co-organized by the Beijing Law Society and the Beijing Rongshang "Belt and Road Initiative" Legal and Commercial Service Center.

Wang Li, chairman of the Belt and Road service mechanism and chairman of the Beijing Rongshang Center, said that from concept to practice, the Belt and Road service mechanism has gradually built a service network covering more than 180 cities in more than 100 countries and regions. Many breakthroughs have been made in areas such as extraterritorial law identification, international commercial mediation, investment and financing docking, and risk prevention. In 2025, the "1 N" innovative service entity was officially launched in the Beijing Free Trade Zone, pushing cross-border service capabilities to a new level.

The forum released a number of important achievements, including the ten volumes of the "One Belt and One Road" Service Mechanism Yearbook (2015-2025)" and the "100 Typical Cases of the International Commercial Mediation Center", providing practical reference for enterprises to "go global". What attracts attention is the newly launched "Legal Guidelines for Foreign Investment, Mergers and Acquisitions and Mining in African Countries II", covering the investment legal system of 14 African countries. It was jointly compiled by Deheng Law Firm and local African law firms, becoming an important legal tool for Sino-Africa corporate cooperation.

With the profound changes in the international environment, opportunities and challenges of Chinese-funded enterprises going overseas coexist. In order to more accurately and efficiently protect the cross-border development of enterprises, Beijing Rongshang Center has focused on the actual needs of "going out" and upgraded to build an overseas service system for enterprises, covering seven categories and 43 specific service packages. In May this year, the International Integration Service Center, which was built in cooperation with CBD International Group, was officially launched in the business core area, building a one-stop service base for "legal and business integration", providing full-process digital support from cross-border contracts, digital settlement to logistics tracking.

At the forum, the three parties jointly signed the "Belt and Road" Cross-border E-commerce Trade and Finance Cooperation Platform", and Egypt Law Firm, Hong Kong Yao Lili Law Firm, China Resources Fangyuan and other service agencies signed contracts to settle in the center to jointly help Chinese companies "go global" with high quality.
