At the invitation of Zul Kiefli, Chairman of the Indonesian People's Consultative Conference, Yu Zhengsheng, Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, paid an official friendly visit to Indonesia from July 25 to 28, and met with Indonesian President Joko Wido, Chairman of the People's Consultative Conference, Zul Kiefli, Speaker Novanto and Vice Chairman of the Local Representative Council in Jakarta.

Yu Zhengsheng conveyed the cordial greetings from President Xi Jinping, Premier Li Keqiang and Chairman Zhang Dejiang to the Indonesian leaders.

When meeting with Joko Widodo, Yu Zhengsheng congratulated Indonesia on its new achievements in economic and social development under the leadership of President Joko Widori, and said that China's relations with Indonesia are at the best period in history. President Xi Jinping and President Joko Widori have met many times to reach important consensus on deepening the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries, and pointed out the direction for the docking of the concept of building the "21st Century Maritime Silk Road" and the "Global Marine Pivot" plan and the continuous development of bilateral relations. China and Indonesia have great development prospects and broad cooperation. China is willing to work actively with Indonesia to effectively implement the consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries, further deepen strategic mutual trust, expand practical cooperation in areas such as transportation infrastructure, production capacity, investment, and trade, enhance cultural exchanges in science and technology, culture, and tourism, and promote greater development of China's relations with Indonesia.

Jokowi said that he and President Xi Jinping reached many important consensus on deepening the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries, and that Indonesia and China have achieved new results in cooperation in bilateral and international and regional affairs. Indonesia attaches great importance to relations with China and is willing to deeply connect with China's development strategies, promote cooperation in infrastructure construction, economy and trade, manufacturing, humanities, tourism and other fields, and benefit the people of both countries.

When meeting with Zur Kiefli, Yu Zhengsheng said that China and Indonesia are friendly neighbors and that China is willing to work hand in hand with Indonesia on the road to development and revitalization. Yu Zhengsheng introduced the important role played by the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference in the national political system, and expressed that the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference is willing to strengthen exchanges and mutual learning with the Indonesian People's Consultative Conference, jointly promote the development of the two countries, and deepen the friendship between the people.

Zurkifli said that Indonesia and China have continued to deepen cooperation and exchanges in various fields, and the relationship between the two countries is becoming increasingly close. China is an important country in the world and plays an increasingly important role in international affairs. The Indonesian People's Consultative Conference is willing to jointly promote friendly cooperation between the two countries with the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

When meeting with Novanto, Yu Zhengsheng said that China is committed to achieving peaceful and common development with all countries. China and Indonesia have development opportunities, and the two countries should enhance understanding, strengthen cooperation, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.

Novanto said that Indonesia's relations with China are highly strategic. Indonesia appreciates China's advocacy for the construction of the "Belt and Road" and the establishment of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, and is willing to actively participate to further promote the development of bilateral relations.

When meeting with Farlock, Yu Zhengsheng said that the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference of China is willing to strengthen mutual learning with the Indonesian local representative board of directors and make joint efforts to promote friendly cooperation between the two countries.

Fallock said that the Indonesian local representative board is willing to promote all sectors of Indonesia to learn from China's successful experience in development and promote exchanges and cooperation between the two countries with the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

During his time in Jakarta, Yu Zhengsheng also visited Huawei's Indonesian subsidiary. He positively evaluated Huawei's development achievements in Indonesia, hoping that Huawei will make new contributions to China's economic and trade cooperation with Indonesia and continue to give back to Indonesian society by fulfilling its corporate responsibilities.

Yu Zhengsheng also visited Sishui during this trip and met with Sukavo, the governor of East Java. When visiting the new passenger and freight terminal of Tanjung Pera Port, Yu Zhengsheng said that he hopes that the local area will become a hub connecting China and Indonesia on the "21st Century Maritime Silk Road". When visiting the Chinese enterprise Fire Ship Coffee Factory, Yu Zhengsheng highly praised the hard work of Chinese entrepreneurs and serving Indonesia's economic and social development, and encouraged them to continue to play the role of a bridge between China and Indonesia. When visiting the Manzhe Boyi Museum, Yu Zhengsheng hopes that China and Indonesia will inherit the friendship that Zheng He made during his voyage to the West and continue to write a new chapter of people's friendship.
