"One-to-one" precise guidance to help efficient export of power equipment

Recently, under the efficient service guarantee of Songjiang Customs, a batch of transformers worth 5.605 million yuan of goods by Zhengtai Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhentai Electric") was successfully shipped and exported to Italy. Zhengtai Electric is a key enterprise in Songjiang District. Its products cover power equipment and intelligent electrical systems, and are widely used in new energy, rail transit and other fields.

For this reason, Longwu Customs and the port area actively coordinated and made efforts in the same direction to promote the rapid customs clearance of goods. According to Wang Jia, deputy chief of the second section of the material control inspection and inspection department of Longwu Customs, which belongs to Shanghai Customs, in order to improve the efficiency of import and export customs clearance, the customs established a cooperation mechanism for customs clearance by customs, ports and other convenient measures such as online video surveillance, offline field supervision and real-time information sharing, combined with "early declaration", "unaccompanied inspection" and 24-hour customs clearance, the goods are "commanded, inspected, and released", effectively ensuring the two-way smooth trade of Shanghai countries with the joint construction of the "Belt and Road". In the first eight months, Longwu Customs supervised the export of 116,100 tons of steel and 215,100 tons of engineering equipment to countries jointly built the "Belt and Road" period, an increase of 43.69% and 8.91% year-on-year respectively.

AEO certification empowers bulk trade, speeds up and reduces cost

At the same time, through the "Civilian Chief's Officer's Door-to-door Policy" and the service package system, Hongkou Customs immediately carried out the interpretation of the "one-to-one" announcement policy in response to the characteristics of the easy-to-disinfection and high turnover requirements of imported mineral resources in emerging casting pipes; and jointly carried out policy publicity for key import and export enterprises for them, helping enterprises develop from multiple perspectives such as compliance, cost, efficiency and market.

Under the credit cultivation of Shanghai Customs, Xinxing Casting Pipe obtained AEO certification this year. "Embedded" supervision to serve the efficient clearance of large equipment

On September 18, a total of 16 pieces and 4,477 cubic meters of PUSRI-IIIB synthetic ammonia urea project equipment exported to Indonesia were shipped from Shanghai Zhanghuabang Wharf through the "Oriental Energy" ship under the supervision of Shanghai Wusong Customs, which belongs to Shanghai Customs.

The PUSRI-IIIB synthetic ammonia urea project is a large-scale EPC general contracting project undertaken by Chinese companies in the Indonesian market. The project has large equipment, large size, and high customs clearance time requirements. To this end, Shanghai Wusong Customs has opened a "green channel" and implemented a convenient model of "appointment inspection, instant inspection" to achieve accurate connection of various regulatory links. During the arrival of the goods, they arrive in different batches through land and water transport. Some large bulk cargoes cannot directly fall on the site due to their oversized size or heavy weight, which brings difficulties to supervision. While ensuring the effectiveness of supervision, Shanghai Wusong Customs maximizes the convenience of enterprise warehousing and logistics operations, ensuring that the goods can be "directly loaded on the side of the ship" and exported smoothly.
