At present, the global Internet space is full of new challenges. In response to changes, the field of cybersecurity legal developments at the international and regional levels. People are establishing rules to ensure cybersecurity, shaping a safer digital environment, and creating relevant laws to protect citizens. At the same time, what other role should the media play in these aspects?

I believe that even if the media cannot take initiatives to respond to global digital challenges, they should actively participate in finding solutions. At present, the primary challenge facing the media in Ghana and even Africa is to break free from the shackles of the news model long-form shaped by Western cultural hegemony, and explore and establish news reporting methods suitable for developing countries. Over the past 60 years, imitation of Western news models has proven to have little effect. It is difficult to truly serve the development needs of African countries by blindly using Western news architecture, and even hinder the growth of local narratives and the independent construction of national image to a certain extent.

As the world's second largest economy, China has achieved rapid economic development and long-term social stability. At the same time, China's news reporting practice has provided valuable samples for the vast majority of developing countries and is of great inspiration.
