During the keynote speech session, Aiba Lund, CEO of the International Association of Science and Technology Parks (IASP), looked forward to the future direction of park cooperation around the global innovation ecosystem. Ni Qian, member of the Party Working Committee and deputy director of the Management Committee of Suzhou Industrial Park, demonstrated a new example of regional cooperation through the open and innovative practice of Suzhou Industrial Park. Ren Junfeng, member of the Party Working Committee and deputy director of the Management Committee of Xi'an Hi-Tech Zone, reviewed the strategic empowerment of the "Qinchuang Original Innovation Driven Platform" and the path of deep cultivation of the hard technology industry ecology. Yang Guangyao, member of the Party Working Committee and deputy director of the Management Committee of Mianyang Science and Technology City, delivered a speech on accelerating the in-depth integration of scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation.

At the subsequent roundtable forum, the guests had a dialogue on the theme of "Application and Practice of the Integration of Scientific and Technological Innovation and Industrial Innovation in the Development of Science and Technology Parks", and shared practical cases of promoting the "dual-wheel drive" of science and technology and industry, optimizing the park's innovation ecology, and enhancing international competitiveness.

In addition, the Mianyang Science and Technology City Management Committee, Mianyang Agricultural Science Research Institute and other parks, scientific research institutions, innovation platforms have signed 8 cooperation agreements with domestic and foreign science and technology parks and scientific research institutions, focusing on multiple levels such as collaborative innovation, industrial complementarity and ecological co-construction, reflecting the breadth and depth of cooperation.
